IP addresses associated with passport page views are automatically deleted after 90 days.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

M8ven uses SMS text messaging solely for phone number verification. By providing your phone number and initiating phone verification through your dashboard, you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification code from M8ven.

  • Message frequency: One (1) message per verification attempt
  • Message content: A numeric verification code
  • Opt-in: You opt in by clicking "Send Code" on the phone verification page in your dashboard
  • Opt-out: You may choose not to verify your phone number. Phone verification is optional. You will not receive any marketing or promotional text messages
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers. Service availability may vary

5. Email Communications

We send transactional emails for:

  • Account verification
  • Welcome messages upon signup
  • Review notifications
  • ID verification status updates
  • Referral completion notifications
  • Subscription and payment updates

  • Passport view IP addresses: Automatically deleted after 90 days
  • ID verification documents: Stored securely and retained only as long as needed for verification purposes
  • Payment records: Retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and applicable financial regulations

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure storage of credentials, row-level security on database access, and hashed storage of sensitive identifiers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or Stripe billing portal
